Powder Dosing Unit
PETKUS offers a dosing system in two sizes for powder application during seed treatment. Costumed solution for powder transportation can be added.

Main features
The powder dosing unit consists of a buffer bin (30l) installed on high precision load cell and a frequency controlled flexible auger for conveying.
With differential dosing, the entire dosing system including buffer bin is weighed. The difference in weight corresponds to the application rate to the coater.
3-part auger set with different diameters to cover a wide range of applications is included.
The powder dosing unit can be equipped optionally with an automatic refilling or bridge braking unit if cohesive powders are used.
