Liquid Dosing Unit

The liquid dosing unit for chemical treatments is a loss-in-weight dosing unit and consists of a storage tank with high-precision load cells and a peristaltic pump. The frequency-controlled peristaltic pump delivers the treatment agent to the treater in the specified time.

Main features

LIW - Loss in weight

LIW weighing is a variant of gravimetric dosing. In differential dosing, the entire dosing system is weighed on high-precision load cells and the liquid is pumped into the coating machine via peristaltic pumps. The difference in weight corresponds to the application rate.

Dosing volumes from 1-180 ml/s can be supplied.

MID - Magnetic-inductive flow measurement

The liquid is dosed through a magnetic field, generating an electrical voltage that is measured. The flow rate corresponds to the application rate which is dosed into the coating machine.
