CDS offers a custom solution for accurate and safe preparation of seed treatment premix according to specifications and the reliable delivery to the Coater.

Thanks to its modular design the elements of the CDS can be customized and either partially or fully automated integrated into the coating plant.
The modules consist of solutions to provide product specific preparation of liquids, fresh water supply for premix preparation or cleaning of the system. Rinse water can be safely and sustainably pre-treated and collected using a filtration system.
Main features
Process Control
The volume of premix produced is controlled by the overarching production order (in case of PETKUS coaters) and enables a resource-efficient use of raw materials and demand-based re-filling of the dosing unit of the coater for a continuous treatment process.
Traceability & Documentation
of all consumables back to the original lot ID is given via end-to-end communication of the CDS and PETKUS coating line.
Premix preparation | modular mixing units
The automatic mixing unit doses water and up to 8 seed treatments automatically according to recipe specifications controlled by the production order (coater).
Operator & Occupational Safety are ensured:
- filling volume control
- safety switches for automatic stop
- leakage trays under the whole unit
- lifting points are provided for transporting the mixing unit
- automatic cleaning mode incl. rinse water management
