Seed disinfestation methods are an important processing step managing seed health.
In 2025, in our Volume 1 presentation, we introduced the “steam treatment technology” as a method for seed disinfection as a chemical-free alternative with the focus on onions.
In Volume 2, we will present results from various field reports and lab studies across a broad spectrum of crops and pathogens. Insides will be given into our R&D project with the focus on increased throughputs and sustainability of the technology.
