Development & Design Engineer
In the PETKUS Headquarters we’re looking for someone who can take on the role of developing and designing new products, alongside creating tests with functionality patterns and prototyping, testing the products and supporting the commissioning of the new products.
Your profile
- Engineering, technological and/or economical degree e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation engineering, process engineering, precision engineering
- Very good knowledge in mechanical design and CAD
- Experience in prototyping and testing
- Practical experience with sensors, cameras, optics and measurement systems
- Good knowledge in German and English languages
- Desirable: experience in seed conditioning and processing

Your tasks
- Developing and designing new products
- Prototyping and testing
- Documenting and collecting parts lists, technical specifications, preparing for handover to manufacturing
- Developing suitable interfaces / API between existing PETKUS and Roeber- plants
- Working together with software, AI and automation teams
